How to Sign Up for a Meet


YOU MUST DECLARE YOUR SWIMMER(S) FOR EVERY MEET, ATTENDING OR NOT.

Step 1 - Log into your account.

Step 2 - Go to the "Meets and Events" tab in the Navigation Bar and select "Signup Calendar" from the dropdown menu.

Step 3 - Find the meet you want to sign up for and select the green "MEET ENTRY" button. 

Note: If the "MEET ENTRY" button is gray, then the deadline to enter your swimmer(s) into the meet has passed.

Step 4 - Now you can see your family swim meet status with your swimmer(s) listed. This will show whether your swimmer(s) have been signed up for the meet. To sign up, select "Edit."

Step 5 - Select "Attending this Meet" if you wish to swim or "Not attending this meet" if you are not participating. 

Step 6 - Once you select "Attending this Meet," you may select your swimmer's events. You can register for three (3) individual events. Remember, Individual Medley (IM) is not a relay and may be selected. You will also select whether or not your swimmer(s) will be available to swim in relays. If you decline the relays, you will be prompted to explain.

Note: If at some point in the season you sign up for a stroke for which you have NT, a pop-up will appear asking if this has been approved by the coach. You must confirm or cancel to move forward. If you do not have confirmation to swim the stroke, please leave notes for the coach in the box provided, via email, or after practice. 

Step 7: Look over your entries and press the red "Save" button. 

Step 8: Once completed you should see your swimmers and their events.
