Tue Apr 8	Job Signup open RSVP closed New Swimmer Evaluations Propel Swim Academy Start: 7:15 PM End: 9:15 PM (estimated) Please do not sign up for an evaluation unless and until Coach Laura has contacted you and instructed you to do so. New swimmers on the Dulles Farms Swim Team must be evaluated and placed prior to the start of the season. Swimmers who were in the Minis program last year may also need to be evaluated. Please sign up for a time to come to Propel Swim Academy for your evaluation. Siblings may come together. The address is 43160 Amberwood Plaza, South Riding, VA 20152. Please arrive early to ensure you are present for your scheduled time. Don't forget goggles. Your swimmer will be in the water with a coach for about ten minutes to assess their current skill level. Tue Apr 8	Team Suit Fittings Propel Swim Academy Start: 7:15 PM End: 8:15 PM Please come to our suit fitting on Tuesday, April 8 from 7:15-9:15 PM at Propel Swim Academy (43160 Amberwood Plaza, South Riding, VA 20152)! We have new suits this season. All swimmers must have a team suit for meets. Make sure your swimmer has underwear for the fitting. More information about suits can be found here. Thu May 15	Mandatory Parent Meeting Virginia Manor Clubhouse Start: 7:30 PM End: 8:30 PM At least one parent per family is required to attend this meeting. It will be hosted in the Virginia Manor Clubhouse and also streamed on Zoom. All information regarding the season will be presented. It is important that all families, even returning families, attend.
Thu May 22	Ice Cream Kickoff Party Virginia Manor Clubhouse Start: 5:30 PM End: 7:30 PM Come meet your coaches and grab your 2025 shirts! We will be at the Virginia Manor Clubhouse to kick off the season. All swimmers will receive a token for a free ice cream.
Sun Jun 8	Kickoff Pool Party Virginia Manor Pool Start: 5:00 PM End: 8:00 PM Swimmers and families welcome for pizza, pool time, and music!
Fri Jun 20	Team Pictures Virginia Manor Pool Start: 7:15 AM End: 9:15 AM There is no team practice today. Please arrive promptly at 7:15 AM in your team swimsuit.
Sun Jul 20	End of Season Awards Party Virginia Manor Pool Start: 6:00 PM End: 9:00 PM Swimmers and families welcome! Join us for dinner, awards, and fun with the team.
