The team will provide the main course, with buffet sign ups for sides, desserts, and drinks. Please RSVP so we are sure to order the correct amount of food for everyone. Sign up to bring side dishes, desserts, and drinks.

Volunteers are needed for this event to help with food and cleanup.

Pasta Dinner & Pep Rally
Virginia Manor Clubhouse
Start: 5:30 PM

Come participate in a pasta party and pep rally at the Virginia Manor Clubhouse. The pasta dinner will start at 5:30 pm with the pep rally beginning around 6:30 pm. We are finalizing details, but anticipate there will be a per person cost for swimmers and their family members participating in the pasta dinner.

Donut Friday #5

Seven volunteers are needed to purchase and bring donuts to their swimmer's practice on Friday, July 19th.

Each volunteer needs to bring two dozen (24) donuts to the start of their selected practice time. The practice times and number of volunteers needed are defined as:

  • Practice #1 - 7:00-7:30am - 8 & Under Camp Lane - 1 volunteer
  • Practice #2 - 7:30-8:30am - 9-10s and 11-year-old Girls - 2 volunteers
  • Practice #3 - 8:30-9:30am - 11-year-old Boys and 12 & Ups - 2 volunteers
  • Practice #4 - 9:30-10:15am - 8 & Under and Mini Rays - 2 volunteers

Team pictures will be taken by Olson Photography in lieu of practice. All swimmers and minis should plan to attend and arrive at 7:15am wearing their Devil Ray team suit; the team picture will be taken at 7:30am. Please be on time - the swimmers need to be organized by height prior to the team picture and we can't do that without everyone in attendance. Individual or sibling pictures will follow. Picture form will be emailed closer to the scheduled date.

Meet Entry: Please notify Coach Laura if you are no longer able to participate in this meet. We will assume all those who declared for Wednesday's meet will be participating in the rescheduled meet on Monday, July 15. If you were unable to attend on July 10 but would like to participate on July 15, please email Coach Laura. Events 1-5 have already been completed and will not race again. Event 6 is partially completed. We will begin with Event 6, Heat 6.
